About the Project

The North American Plant Phenotyping Network is an association of scientists and researchers in the rapidly evolving area of plant phenomics, and the regional partner of the International Plant Phenotyping Network in North America. It is a non-profit whose registered address is at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center in Saint Louis, Missouri, and whose remit covers Canada, the United States and Mexico.

It sets out to accelerate the visibility of plant phenotyping research, to maximise collaboration across disciplines and facilities, to encourage public and private research partnerships, to promote data standards, to raise awareness of phenotyping tools, and to make interdisciplinary training easier. Membership is open at every rank and level of training, from researchers to technology developers to the people who use what they produce.
