Real-time image acquisition and processing enable continuous assessment of long flax fibre quality throughout the entire production cycle. Developed in close collaboration with the European Flax Alliance, the solution also includes a comprehensive traceability system capable of generating detailed batch records for each supplier, helping to maximize the value of every batch while providing buyers with a certified and standardized guarantee of quality.

Champagne Grape Disease and Quality Scoring in Real-time

Smart imaging system loaded with AI-powered detection models to score disease infestation in grape crates at harvest, to better organize the constitution of homogeneous grape batches before pressing the juice. The quality rating delivered by the Hiphen algorithms makes it possible to better control the quality of the batches of grapes before pressing and making the musts. It is possible to use the quality notes to reorganize the batches (while maintaining supplier traceability thanks to RFID chips placed on each case) to generate a reconstituted homogeneous batch. This new batch made from objective data makes it possible to assemble identical quality grapes, which can then be valued by oenologists to make the best champagnes year after year.
